  • To receive FREE and confidential counseling.
  • To not be charged or have your insurance billed by a GAH provider.
  • To gain a better understanding of what happened to you or your loved one as a result of your/their military experiences.
  • To understand how you or your loved one’s experiences are affecting your personal life and relationships.
  • To learn ways of coping. 
  • To be referred appropriately if you need additional services (such as medications).
  • To be in a safe environment where you can talk about your deepest fears and concerns.

No payment or insurance information should be exchanged! If one of our providers asks you to pay for your sessions or asks for your insurance information, please let us know right away, by emailing We will respond quickly to you and will clear up the misunderstanding with them.
